A. No!

Under the current immigration law of Japan, aliens who passed the nursing board exam in Japan can remain in the country up to 7 years to undergo OJT.

Japan-Philippines Economic Partnership Agreement (JPEPA) would allow 400 nurses and 600 caregivers to work in Japan for the next 2 years, but JPEPA is not yet ratified by the Philippine Senate as of February 2008.
