A. Since JPEPA is not yet ratified, you cannot apply for the job in Japan as of now.

Please also note that unlike the “entertainer visa” to Japan, JPEPA does not allow recruitment agencies to send Filipino nurses/caregivers.

If you intend to apply for a nursing job in Japan, you could directly go to the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) after the ratification, not any recruitment agencies.

If you want to apply for a caregiving job, go to the Commission on Higher Education (CHED), not any recruitment agencies.
